Responsible gaming

Guess2Give is for fun, it’s not about winnings. The main winner in our game will always be charity.

Guess2Give has been established to help individuals raise more money for their nominated charity, and for their friends, family, work colleagues and wider social network who make guesses to have some extra fun and interest in the event by potentially winning the prize fund.

Multiple guesses can be made on any event but only one guess per result. This means there can be only one winner of the prize fund.

Guess2Give take problem gambling seriously and have placed the following activity limits in place:

  1. Total spend on a Guess2Give event will be set at a maximum of £300 or i.e. 100 guesses
  2. The total amount a Guesser can guess per month on Guess2Give will be set at maximum of £1500 per month
  3. Fundraisers can run a maximum of 10 events concurrently on Guess2Give

Please enjoy it responsibly.

You must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of the UK to use Guess2Give

Guess2Give Limited is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission for the provision of online (remote) pool betting.

Self-exclusion
Guess2Give promote responsible gambling. As part of that we offer a self-exclusion facility to help customers who feel that their gambling is out of control.

By entering into a self-exclusion agreement with Guess2Give, customers will be prevented from using their account and we will take reasonable steps to prevent the opening of new accounts. Where self-excluded accounts are requested to be reactivated, a 48-hour cooling off period will be imposed.

If an individual has specifically requested that they be permanently self-excluded their Guess2Give account will be closed for 3 years. Under no circumstances will that account be re opened until the 3 years have expired. Guess2Give has selected 3 years as the mid-point from the legislation which recommends that between 6 months and 5 years can be selected for exclusion. The system will be automatically set to this 3 years timeframe.

Guess2Give will take reasonable steps to prevent you re-opening your account or opening new accounts. However, during the period of your exclusion, you must not attempt to re-open your accounts or to try and open new accounts. During this time, the contact details will be removed from the marketing database.

To use our self–exclusion facility please send an email to support@guess2give.com or visit our website www.guess2give.com, log-in and self-exclude by clicking the option on your personal Account Home page
